Service Description

Somatic Coaching assists you in bringing awareness to how you store and react through your nervous system patterning. We work with the 5-channel somatic energy awareness practice to determine what channels are activated in your nervous system and which channels are best used to support you. These sessions may include: Guided Inner Tracking Breathwork EFT Tapping Posture/Movement Sensory Awareness Reiki Meditation/Visualization Somatic Coaching is offered through zoom video. Please be sure you have zoom installed on your device and have a quiet, undisturbed space for your session. Creating a sacred space for yourself that feels safe, nurturing and comfortable can be beneficial for your session. This is available through a package only. One-off sessions are just not enough to get the results you really want and I don't want you to throw your money away. I am here to help you achieve lasting change. This is going to take a few sessions together.
